For artists from all performing arts disciplines
Cohorts of approximately 35 artists
Duration of the assistance : 2 years
Program objectives

To help artists find their way out of impasses by providing a structure for their thinking and reflexions.

To facilitate career decisions, encourage and support skills development and, when or if applicable, guide into professional re-training.

Break isolation and promote a sense of trust, belonging and solidarity.
Purpose

To have made a well-founded decision as to the next step in one's career: to return to one's artistic practice, to develop a complementary career or to refocus professionally.
Offered Support

Guidance counselor, psychologist/psychotherapist, trainer, speaker, team members.

Financial assistance for skills acquisition or retraining.
