Aimed at emerging artists (30 and under) wishing to develop a complementary career in addition to their artistic practice.

Program objectives

Retain artistic talents in their disciplines.

Increase job satisfaction and the sense of accomplishment at work .

Reduce the psychological effects arising from a feeling of insecurity.

Promote a sense of trust, belonging and solidarity through meetings and group activities.

Projected outcomes

Have determined an individualized plan for the development of a complementary career.

Have started or completed training.
