COHÉRENCE PROGRAM

Aimed at emerging artists (30 and under) wishing to develop a complementary career in addition to their artistic practice.

Cohort trajectory.

Program objectives

  • Retain artistic talents in their disciplines.​​

​

  • Increase job satisfaction and the sense of accomplishment at work .  ​​

​

  • Reduce the psychological effects arising from a feeling of insecurity.  ​​

​

  • Promote a sense of trust, belonging and solidarity through meetings and group activities.   

Projected outcomes

  • Have determined an individualized plan for the development of a complementary career. ​

​

  • Have started or completed training.
